Return policy
If you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return any product(s), please inform us by email at in**@ik******.com . You must do this within 14 days of receiving the package and include a copy of your invoice with the returned item(s).
The product(s) must be unused and have the original labels and hangtags attached. Please note that you are responsible for selecting a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, and we cannot be held accountable for any shipping costs.
After we receive your returned item(s), we will refund your money. Please remember that we do not exchange returned products but only offer refunds. Please follow the return instructions and place a new order if you require a different product.
